Yahoo! Classifieds Welcomes More Real Estate Listings From Re/Max

Web-Vendor Comstock Assists Agents of One of the Country's Leading Real Estate Franchisers To Sell Homes on the Web's Most Popular Classifieds Site

WASHINGTON, D.C., National Association of Realtors Mid-Year Conference -- April 24, 1998 -- Comstock Net Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO), a leading Internet media company, to provide residential real estate listings to Yahoo! Classifieds. Just in time for the busy home-buying season, the relationship increases the variety of homes for sale within the Residential Real Estate area of Yahoo! Classifieds, giving consumers even more reason to start their home search on Yahoo! Classifieds.

Beginning today, Yahoo! users can access an increased number of RE/MAX's extensive listings through the Residential Real Estate area of Yahoo! Classifieds (http://classifieds.yahoo.com). Through the agreement, home buyers have a greater selection of homes from which to choose, and agents have an easy, effective and free way to get their listings on the Web's most popular Classifieds site (Media Metrix, January 1998). In addition, present and future homeowners have access to the Yahoo! Finance Center, which is integrated into Yahoo! Classifieds' real estate areas. The center provides users with comprehensive resources for everyday financial issues related to home-buying, such as insurance, loans, investing and taxes, and allows visitors to save time by offering convenient comparison shopping among multiple brand-name insurance carriers as well as a cost-effective way for users to research and apply for a home loan. Visitors to Yahoo! Classifieds can also take advantage of Yahoo! Maps, Yahoo! message boards, real estate news, and related real-estate resources and features.
