Network Solutions Signs Global Agreement With Yahoo!

Herndon, Va. -- December 15, 1998 -- Network Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSOL), the pioneer of registering Web addresses, today announced it signed an agreement with Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) to expand its promotions for domain name registration services globally through many of Yahoo!‚s world and domestic properties. Network Solutions will be a premier merchant on Yahoo! providing Web address registration services in .com, .net and .org.

As part of the agreement, Network Solutions is a major advertiser and will be promoted on the following sites: www.yahoo.com, Yahoo! UK & Ireland, Yahoo! France, Yahoo! Germany, Yahoo! Norway, Yahoo! Sweden, Yahoo! Italy, Yahoo! Denmark, Yahoo! Japan, Yahoo! Korea, Yahoo! Asia, Yahoo! Australia and NZ, Yahoo! Chinese and Yahoo! en español.
